NO!  Jason received an e-mail saying:

Dear Parents or Family of Elder/Sister

We would like to inform you that this Wednesday (09/07/16) your missionary will not have preparation day, the reason is because we will be holding a devotional with a member of the Quorom of the Twelve Apostles. (Later we found out is was Neil L. Anderson and that Cameron thought it was awesome!)

The new preparation day date will be Thursday (09/08/16).

When Jason told me this, I felt like a knife went in my heart.  I had to tell myself it was one day and what a great experience this was for my son.  I didn't really come to grips with it until the next day when I  heard from him.  I know his dad and sisters were feeling the same way...
